CenturyVal A18 / A68 series cryogenic angle type control valve adopts a unique construction design for the cold box, mainly used in air separation units (ASU) and other cold box applications.

Features:
The design of plug easily pulling out construction greatly simplifies valve maintenance.
The optimized heat transfer design effectively avoids the occurrence of cold and icing on the outside of the extended bonnet.
A special design is adopted at the sealing part of the bonnet and the body, which improves the sealing reliability and ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
A floating connection and rigid connection are optional for connection with the cold box, and the floating connection can have its insulation cylinder and floating cap, which simplifies the design of the cold box.
The V-type plug can be selected for severe working conditions when the plug size is ≥15.
The optimized plug has excellent regulation performance.
A variety of trim material combinations are available to deal with different working conditions.

Three Lever Valve
Features:
The disc is driven by a four-bar linkage mechanism, and is sealed with the valve seat during opening and closing, thus no friction on the surface, which can achieve a longer service life;
Three lever valve has a pressure difference protection function to prevent the machine from breaking when opening the valve under high pressure difference by wrong operations;
The symmetrical double-cylinder yoke actuator is used. The action is stable and reliable, and the actuator can be exchanged on the left and right sides;
The actuator has a mechanical locking device for the valve switch position, which can fix the valve opening degree in an emergency and prevent the air separation from shutting down due to valve malfunction;
For better anti-corrosion, the valve body is nickel-plated, the disc is sprayed with Ni60, and the connecting rod is made of stainless steel;
Solid self-lubricating bearings are used at the joints of the connecting levers, with long service life and maintenance-free.

CenturyVal B20/B22 series butterfly valves adopt a double eccentric design, with good sealing performance and compact structure, and are widely used in the cut-off and regulating of various media.
High Performance Butterfly Valve
Features:
The valve plate and the seat adopt a dynamic sealing construction, so that the valve has good sealing performance.
The polished and chrome-plated valve plate makes the whole valve have a smaller switching torque and increases the service life of the sealing ring.
The valve adopts a wafer design, making the structure more compact. Flanged type is also available.
The shape of the valve plate is optimized, which reduces the resistance when the valve is fully open, and also helps to reduce the dynamic torque when the valve is adjusted.

CenturyVal B300 and B320 triple offset butterfly valves are created by designing the valve with the shaft located behind the centerline of the sealing surface (offset 1) and slightly to one side of the pipe centerline (offset 2). Offset 3 is the point of intersection of tangents of the seat and disc sealing deviating from the disc face.
These offsets are to eliminate all disc-to-seat friction throughout the valve’s entire 90 degrees of rotation. Metal seal and laminated seat are optional. The triple offset provides ANSI Class IV, V, and VI leakage performance. The seat seal ring can be changed easily from the body.
B300 is wafer type, B320 is double flanged type.
